• Register by google form or online and paying $130 fee by January 5th
• Clinic & Member registration fee after January 5th or at the door is $150
• Membership ONLY fee is $70 if postmarked by April 15th
• There will be an additional $20 late fee if registered after April 15th. Complete google form and bring payment to DISTRICT MEETING ONLY. Do not mail!

Everyone can park in lot 64 which the entrance is right across the street from the Comfort Inn! We’ll have that door open for everyone into the turf bay!
